1. About Our Products
The Witch Stitch Factory creates handmade crochet hooks, resin and epoxy handles, toppers, and related accessories.
Because our products are handmade, no two pieces will be exactly alike. Variations in color, pattern, swirl, texture, finish, and other minor characteristics are a natural result of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
Product photographs are intended to provide a representation of the item. Actual colors may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, your monitor, and the individual handmade piece.
2. Ordering
By placing an order through our website, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Once an order has been placed, we begin processing it as soon as reasonably possible. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory errors, or other circumstances that may prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable payment will be refunded.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change product prices, descriptions, availability, and promotions at any time without prior notice.
Any applicable sales tax will be calculated and collected during checkout based on the shipping destination and applicable tax requirements.
Orders must be paid in full before they will be processed.
4. Handmade Product Variations
Our products are made by hand, and variations are part of their character.
Resin and epoxy products may contain small variations in color, pattern, swirl placement, translucency, or finish. These characteristics can occur naturally during mixing, pouring, curing, and finishing.
Minor imperfections that do not affect the intended function of the product are considered part of the handmade nature of the item and are not grounds for a return or refund.
5. Product Use and Safety
Our products are intended for their advertised purpose and should be used appropriately.
Crochet hooks, handles, toppers, and accessories may contain small parts and should be kept away from young children and pets.
Some products may contain resin, epoxy, metal, or other materials that may be unsuitable for individuals with specific allergies or sensitivities. Customers are responsible for reviewing product information and determining whether a product is appropriate for their individual circumstances.
The Witch Stitch Factory is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, modification, misuse, excessive force, accidental damage, or use outside the intended purpose of the product.
6. Shipping
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping information is accurate. The Witch Stitch Factory is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Once an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated otherwise.
We are not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, service interruptions, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our control.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local delivery carrier.
The Witch Stitch Factory is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the packaging and damaged product. We will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.
8. Returns and Exchanges
Because our products are handmade, we ask that customers carefully review product descriptions, photographs, sizing information, and other product details before purchasing.
Unless otherwise stated on the product listing, returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and returned in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received defective or the incorrect item was shipped.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
Custom, personalized, made-to-order, or specially modified items may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Please contact us before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
9. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipment, or different from the item you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and photographs showing the issue.
We will review the situation and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, repair, refund, or other reasonable resolution.
10. Custom Orders
Custom orders are created specifically for the customer and may require additional production time.
Once production has begun, custom orders generally cannot be canceled or modified unless we agree otherwise.
Because custom products are made according to customer specifications, they may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or substantially different from the approved specifications.
11. Product Availability
Our products are produced in limited quantities and may sell out.
Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee that the item will remain available until checkout is completed.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed due to an inventory or production issue, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, alternative product, or refund.
12. Intellectual Property
All content appearing on The Witch Stitch Factory website, including but not limited to photographs, product designs, graphics, logos, artwork, written content, names, branding, and original designs, is owned by or licensed to The Witch Stitch Factory unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork, design, branding, or intellectual property.
